We experienced a taste of the most divine and purest Honey during a trip to Israel in 2011 - This began Apini's journey. Honey bees are a subset of bees in the genus Apis and honey bees are the only extant members of the tribe Apini. Only members of the genus Apis are true honey bees.
When we discovered that bees are disappearing at an alarming rate, we made it our mission to share the most amazing and innovative honey based products with the world.
